How it Works

It’s simple. Take your impression, log it onto our system and then order a pick up.

Step one.              Our simple system ensures ease of use for you. Firstly you will need to create an account with us. From there you can start placing orders online, track and also see your online statements.

Step two.              Once you have placed an order and after payment you will be asked to request a pick up. We will send a courier to you to collect your impressions and bring them directly and securely to our office.

Step three.          Our laboratory will then make your prescribed product. This will then be inspected by our chief technician to ensure that the quality of work matches the high standard we set for ourselves and signed off. After this the work will be returned to you via UK courier, UPS or Royal Mail, which ever you select.

Step four.              Fit the appliance for the patient and see the savings made.

Notes on shipping and handling;

Any order you place with SDL will be on a 10 working day turnaround from the day you request the pickup. Please note that you may need to leave extra days for national holidays. If this should be needed you will be informed via email or telephone.

Once placing the order you can either post this directly to us or order our courier to pick up your work. The charges for the pickup will be billed to your account. We return all work to you free of charge. UPS is only used for customers outside of the UK unless requested by the prescribing dentist.

If your item incurs any delays you will be notified via email or telephone.
